  • If you need a mortgage to fund your purchase, we'll introduce you to financial advisers whose services we recommend.
  • Once  you've decided how to finance your purchase, we'll be ready to guide you through the investment process and all the associated paperwork, ensuring that  nothing is left to chance.

4) Rental management support

  • Maximising your return on investment depends on attracting (and keeping) your tenants. We'll only introduce you to properties in areas of proven rental demand.
  • Many of our property investments come with rental assurance agreements - so you'll achieve a promised return regardless of occupancy.
  • If you prefer a hands-off approach, we can arrange a rental management support service who will maximise your rental income and ensure your property is maintained in tip-top marketable condition.

5) Advice about further acquisitions

  • On the back of a successful initial investment, you might consider developing a property portfolio. We’ll be here to help you take your next steps.

THE SOLOMON INVESTMENT JOURNEY
